Bry
After 4 years of admining with jolt.co.uk Bry left to concentrate on his exams. During this period he setup a Natural-Selection dedicated server. During the rein of 1.04 the server was proved incredibly popular and was often full. As 1.04 stagnated, new fun maps like ns_siege005 and ns_nomblizkikko4 were added and the server prospered.
When 2.0 came out the server was at first a success yet, was forced to move early onto the steam network this, caused its popularity to nose dive. Just before this occurred Bry purchased some webspace and setup a basic forum for people to talk and rave about which, increased in size dramatically with the release of 2.1 and later NS beta 3.
With the coming of beta3 bry purchased more webspace and now hosts one of the biggest databases of NS files along with a very popular server and forums. The latest major update was 26th September 2004 with the coming of the new website which turns Bry's Server to bry's Server and Main NS website featuring news, articles, tutorials, FAQ's and more
Perpetual
Perpetual joined the NS scene with NS beta3, having only played one or 2 games on 1.04, after a year's worth of badgering by Bry, his best friend finally gave in and moved from CS to NS (and the NS scene cried :p )
Perp is slowly learning how to admin the server and how to do web updates having created the FAQ page and the gallery as well as helping with the overall site design. He is also a wiz at graphics having made a lot of the site images, including the super banner you see up top.
One of the fairest admins and always trying to see both points of view, perp never jumps on the ban button. When perp is about you know you are playing with a fun admin whom you can joke around with and play a decent fair game of NS
Server AdminsPhOeNiX - Probably, the most skilled admin, phoenix is one of those players that is often mistaken for cheating. (poor phoenix)
Alpha - Another good player, alpha is one of the longest admins having played since [J03]AlphaOmega
VampireGaze - 'Old' Admin - good player. Vamp doesn't get annoyed easily and when hes not about he's prob down the pub!
CoolCookieCooks - The resident mapper/moddeler you will find a load of cookies work in the download system
Ange| - Otherwise known as Freevoice (oops ur secret gone now? :p )
Goldencrater - For some reason people think he is older than he really is. GC is another long time admin
BOB_SLAYER - A god at coding, having made several plugins for the server including the very useful ircbot plugin
Soul Spawn - Another long time admin, always beware when soul is around
SuperBob - The only admin to quit NS due to college and return. Superbob was one of the best comms in 1.04
MrJeburto - One of the newer admins, jeb is a handy lerk who all (even aliens) should watch out for.
WalkingTarget - New admin but fair, he always prefers to work a situation out rather then jump to conclusions.
keep it *G*angsta - Pro fade, another new admin but is already showing he is capable of the task.
